Fill Out Registration Worksheet

• A Registration Worksheet has been provided to help you with web registration for you to print and fill out. Take this sheet with you when you visit your Academic Advisor.
• Use it to jot down classes when you search for classes.

Regardless of when you can begin registration, you can login to MyUH and search for classes. As you search, fill out the Registration Worksheet.

• Go to Registration Worksheet (See Related Links section).

Using your completed Registration Worksheet, you will be able to do Quick Registration.

• Under "Add Class," use the pull down to select an Institution.
• In the box to the right, enter the CRN (Course Reference Number).
• Click on "Submit Changes."
• Barring any registration errors, you should be registered for the class!
