Go in-person to Student Services with your valid picture ID. From the Neighor Islands fax a copy of your valid picture ID, your current mailing address and phone number to (808) 453-6075. Neighbor Island students please allow 2-3 mailing days (longer if your request comes in over the weekend or holiday) for your password to be mailed back to you.
