View Your Past Classes

The View Assignment History menu option allows you to view information (class lists, grades, etc.) for all classes assigned to you as faculty in the Banner student information system. Access the Faculty Services menu by clicking on "Faculty Services" in the left column on the MyUH home page.

 

Select "View Assignment History" on the Faculty Services menu.

 

 

 

Clicking on the CRN of the class will take you to the Faculty Detail Schedule view of the class.

 

 

Notes: 

• To view grades, use the "Classlist" or "Enrollment" link to access the Summary Class List and scroll down to the Exportable view at the bottom.
• To view Last Attendance Date, use the "Return to Menu" link in the upper right to access the Faculty Services menu and select Final Grades.
• To view student information, use the "Class List" link at the bottom to access the Detail Class List and click on the student name for address, email and telephone number.

Links on the Faculty Detail Schedule page:

• The class title link will take you to a listing of other sections of this course that were offered at your institution in the same term and allows you to view the catalog entry for this course.
• The Rosters: "Classlist" link, the "Enrollment" link, or the "Summary Class List" link at the bottom will all take you to the Summary Class List. This has the Exportable view of your class list which has your submitted grades and the current grades for the students. See tutorial on Checking Class Lists for details.
• The Syllabus and Office Hours links will display "Add" if no entries were made. The links will display "Maintain" if you had entered information on these pages. The links take you to these pages.
• The "Return to Menu" link in the upper right will take you back to the Faculty Services menu with this CRN selected . You may then navigate to other menu options for this class from the menu like Override Summary and Final Grade worksheet.
• The "Return to Previous" link will take you back to the View Assignment History page.
• The "Term Selection" link at the bottom will allow you to navigate to currently active terms.
• The "CRN Selection" link allow you to navigate to other CRNs in the same term as the one you are viewing.
• The "Class List" link at the bottom will take you the Faculty Detail Class List for this CRN.
